1 Acceptance of Terms

4 User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. You must notify Escapenormie immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5 Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Fees: Certain services on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly stated prior to your enrollment in a paid program. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment: You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you. We may use a third-party payment processor to handle payments.

Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific program or as required by applicable law, all fees paid are non-refundable. Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Escapenormie.

6 Code of Conduct

All users of the Platform must adhere to a standard of respectful and professional conduct. You agree not to engage in any form of harassment, use abusive or hateful language, or behave in a disruptive manner during sessions or in community forums.

You agree not to share or distribute course materials, proprietary information, or the personal information of other users without explicit permission. You also agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to promote illegal activities, or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights. Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, course materials, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of Escapenormie or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

9 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

“As Is” Service: The Platform and its services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escapenormie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform or its services.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12 Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
